Colours

We aim to represent product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings, colour profiles and display devices, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match. On-screen colours should be used as a guide only.

Missing Items

If any part of your order is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If goods arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Items should be returned with:

• Full contact information

Goods must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent further damage.

Return Delivery Costs

Unless goods are faulty or incorrect, return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
