•  Is there a minimum order charge?

Yes, our minimum order charge is £20.00 + p&p & setting fee £3.00 +VAT.

• Can I have rosettes that are not shown on your web site?

Yes, we will do our utmost to match any samples or styles that you require.

• Can I have my own motif made?

Yes, you can have your own motif made at a cost of £10.00 + VAT, we will need a black and white photo of what you require, this price includes art work.

• How long will my order take?

We do ask for 28 days notice during the busy months from May to August but can accomodate short order notice which may incur additional costs.

• What is included in the price?

All standard printing, fixing of your choice, name of your show* and standard motif.

• Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts on the quantities of rosettes, please contact us for a quote.

• How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit/debit cards, cheque's, bacs payments and Paypal.

• Do you charge VAT?

As from the 1st Jan 2010 the standard rate of 17.5% VAT will apply.

• Do you export?

Yes, we have Customers all over the world.
